Aneroid Barometer Calibration and Verification Device Equipment

Program Introduction:

The IQS890 Aneroid Barometer Verification Program is designed in accordance with the "JJG272-2007 Verification Regulation for Aneroid Barometers and Barographs". This program mainly consists of an automatic pressure calibrator, an aneroid barometer verification chamber, and a high-low temperature test chamber. It is suitable for on-site and laboratory verification and calibration of ordinary aneroid barometers. Based on their measurement ranges, they can be categorized into common aneroid barometers (800hPa~1060hPa), plateau aneroid barometers (500hPa~1060hPa or 500hPa~1030hPa), and barographs (870hPa~1050hPa).

Program Features:

● AC/DC power supply generates negative pressure (vacuum);

● Built-in rechargeable lithium battery with a capacity of 16800mAh, allowing continuous operation for over a week on a single charge;

● CID Control: Layered micro-switch, internal high pressure triggers CID to automatically start pressurization and explosion prevention;

● PTC Control: When overcurrent or short circuit occurs, temperature rises sharply, PTC resistance increases, cutting off current and stopping output;

● PME Control: When temperature exceeds 160°C, PEM micro-pores close, physically isolating and stopping current;

● The current control board provides five types of protection: overcurrent protection, short circuit protection, low voltage protection, overcharge protection, and temperature control;

● Pressure generation range: 500hPa~1060hPa, accuracy: 0.05%;

● Power source: Generated by built-in electric pump and pressure regulation; Power supply: DC12V, 100W or AC202V;

● Output ports: 2× M20x1.5 internal thread output ports; Weight: 5kg.

Note: According to "JJG 272-2007 Verification Regulation for Aneroid Barometers and Barographs", a high-low temperature test chamber is required, with a temperature range of (0～5)°C and (25～35)°C at both ends, temperature fluctuation ≤±0.5°C, and uniformity ≤1°C.
